Returns Cooling Off Period/Cancellation You are allowed to change your mind with regards to keeping the order at anytime up to the time the goods are received by you and then up to 7 days after receipt. The items must not be opened but returned to us in their original condition if after receiving them you decide not to keep them for any reason. Customers are asked to take care of the goods and keep them clear of cigarette smoke and animals whilst waiting to return them. We ask that you email or write to us within the stated time to advise that you are cancelling/returning the order/goods. We do not take responsibilty for the cost of returning goods to us under these terms. Please ensure you pay the appropriate postal costs and ask for insurance/proof of posting so that you are covered if the items go missing on their way back to us. We recommend sending the items back by recorded mail. Items will be refunded within 30 days of their date of return. If you decide to cancel your order prior to despatch your order will be refunded in full within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. Faulty items: If you receive an item that is faulty then please return it to us within 7 days and we will send out a replacement item straight away and refund you the postage for the return of the item. If you would prefer a refund rather than replacements please state this when returning. We will then refund you the price you paid for the item plus the postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. When sending the items back please include a copy of your invoice and details of why you are returning the item.
