Frequently Asked Questions Do you accept orders from ourside the UK? Yes, we accept orders from all European and International countries. During checkout you will be instructed to give your name and address including the country that you live in which can be chosen from a drop down box. I only want the chart and not the complete kit, can you sell me just the chart? Within each of our supplier catagories is a breakdown of what we are able to supply, if they produce a kit and this is not shown in the charts section for that supplier or they have no charts section, then the answer is no at this time we are unable to provide a chart only. I have lost the instructions for my kit can you provide new ones? If you have the make of the kit (eg Candamar, DMC) it is best to contact the manufacturer direct to see if they can provide you with a new set of instructions. Most manufacturers have websites that you can contact them through. We are unable to provide names and addresses of companies that can help you unless you have purchased the kit from us. The kit that I have bought is missing some threads or does not have enough thread can you help? Yes, but only if you have bought the kit from us. Please email us with you name and address and when you bought the kit so that we can locate your details and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and ask for the threads to be sent direct to you. If you have not bought the kit from us you need to contact the retailer that did or contact the manufacturer direct for help. Do you have a catalogue that you can send me?
