If you have not received your order please read the following information before contacing us.

1) Have you received a confirmation email that your order has been shipped? If yes go to number 2, if no go to number 3.

2) If you are in the UK  please allow 7 days from the shipment date (the day we send you the confirmation email is the shipment date) to allow for any delays in the post. If your delivery is outside of this time please go to number 5. If your order was shipped less than seven days ago please wait the 7 days before contacting us.

If you are outside of the UK please allow 28 days for delivery from the shipment date before contacting us.

3) Have you checked the despatch times shown by the products that you have ordered. If yes and it is outside of the time shown go to number 5, if no please go back to the website and check the despatch times. These are shown under the price on every item.

4) If your order has been delivered and after checking it you have found a problem please go to number 5. If you wish to return the item you do not need to email us before sending it back but please read our returns section before you do.

5) Click here to contact us if your order was despatched over 7 days ago but you have not yet received it.

Click here to contact us if you have checked the despatch times for your item but this has been exceeded and you have not had an email from us either confirming despatch or detailing any further delays.
